Table of Contents Change
Since I have my new article, I needed to adjust my table of contents. In addition to adding the new article to the table of contents, I also added more fake articles, especially to the Lifestyle category since I only had two articles there. This was necessary as I noticed that most magazines fill 100-200 pages. I added my "Sneaker School" article as well as an article about one of my favorite fitness influencers' new women's only gym called The Girls Spot. This would also fit my young woman demographic, since a lot of her demographic is teenage girls and young adult women. I also added an article to my Nutrition section called "Chicken and Rice 8 Different Ways" since I love chicken and rice. I've seen so many cultures have different takes on chicken and rice that are all super delicious, so I think this is a fun imaginary article to have. I added an article called "Oyinda Okunowo’s Workout Split" to my Workouts & Fitness section. She is another one of my favorite gymfluencers on Instagram, so I wanted to add a pretend interview with her to my magazine. I also thought it would be cool to pretend that each edition of the magazine has a new interview with a different weightlifter about their workout split and favorite exercises, so I added "On this week's 'Workout Split'..."
I also changed the layout of my table of contents a little bit, adding spaces for images so that the page is more easily consumable.
