New Article

I decided to call my new article "Sneaker School." I researched pronation and its different types so that I have the right information. I used an article by Asics called "Understanding your foot type: The pronation guide." This article also has some very useful animation clips of the different types of pronation in action.

An article by Healthline called "What's the Difference Between Supination and Pronation?" was also helpful.


My coach always says that people think you can just decide to run one day and do it without any equipment, since there's no gear or ball like in hockey, football, etc. but that running shoes are actually extremely important. I have found this statement to be very true and want to mention it in my article.
