Finishing Up Written Portion of Sneaker School

I'm just about finished with my article about footwear. I added a section about when to replace running shoes. I included Strava's shoe mileage function, which I've never personally used but have heard about from teammates. This would've helped me in the past since I completely overused two of my pairs of sneakers, adding to my ankle injury. Cross country added a lot of mileage to my sneakers, and I should've taken better care to note how long I'd (over)used my sneakers.

I also added a side note that padded running shoes are not to be used for weightlifting. I know from my time weightlifting that flat shoes are better for lifting since you need a flat base for support and stability. I love wearing Converse to the gym. They're super comfortable and flat, so I had to mention them.
