I've always loved movies. My favorite movies growing up were 90s psychological thrillers like Sleeping with the Enemy and The Village, as well as romantic comedies like Bridget Jones's Diary and 27 Dresses I'm very excited to take AICE Media Studies, and I think that the study of media will help give me a deeper insight into the little details that add up to the final media product. I think media can be very captivating and impactful, and I think studying how it works is very interesting. I hope to take what I learn in this class with me in the future and use it to analyze media that I consume every day. I think watching movies could be even more fun once I understand the details that go into them!
